With 'inViA' invenio offers its own product, which is an intelligent navigation instrument at the heart of the digital transformation. This solution is, among other things, the answer to the increasing importance of professional development of employees in companies in the course of digitisation. Often there is still a lack of structure and clarity regarding the possible development paths that employees can take. This is often a result of the fact that relevant company data is not recorded or used and the employees who are to be qualified have little input into their personal development path.
